resizing, exchange or other, and shipped back again are subject to shipping

*International customers pay $65 (Canada $35) for Federal Express International shipping
and are responsible for paying duty or import tax to their country on items
they purchased. It is also the responsibility of the international customer
to check and make sure that jewelry is allowed to be shipped into their
country. Also, items can ONLY be shipped to the billing address of where
your credit card statement goes to. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen items.
*Items ranging from $200 to $499 will be shipped USPS priority mail (insured) for $14.95. Items under $200 will be shipped USPS priority mail (insured) for $7.95.

PROCESSING ORDER Takes 3-4 business days. If item is being resized, or an
appraisal is requested, please allow an additional 2-3 business days. If an
item is on back order, we'll notify you to allow 3-4 business days (for
international items on back order, please allow 4-8 weeks). Also, customized
items take between 3-4 weeks. We are closed Sundays & holidays.
